  • Check-Out: Required by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee, depending on availability.
  • Identification and Payment: A government-issued ID and a valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or cash) are required at check-in.

2. Payment and Reservation Policies

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Relax Inn Natural Bridge accepts credit cards, debit cards, and cash for room charges and incidental expenses.
  • Credit Card Policy: The name on the credit card used at check-in must match the primary name on the reservation. This policy ensures the security and integrity of the transaction.
  • Room Rates: All rates are subject to change and may vary based on demand, availability, and special events.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations for refundable rates must be made within the specified cancellation window before the check-in date. Please refer to our cancellation policy on your booking confirmation for details on timelines and fees.

3. Safety and Security

  • Safety Features: For your safety, our property is equipped with fire extinguishers, a security system, first aid kits, and window guards.
  • Security System: We maintain a monitored security system to ensure guest safety at all times on the premises.
  • Prohibited Items: Firearms, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property.

4. Pet Policy

  • Pet-Friendly Accommodations: Relax Inn Natural Bridge welcomes pets with a fee of USD 10 per night per pet. Service animals are exempt from this fee.
  • Pet Supervision: Pets must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended in guest rooms.
  • Designated Areas: An off-leash area is available for pets; however, pets must be leashed when outside the designated area.

5. House Rules

  • Noise Policy: To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask all guests to keep noise levels to a minimum. Disturbances to other guests are not permitted.
  • Non-Smoking Rooms: All guest rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking in the room.

  • Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for adhering to all property rules and guidelines designed to promote health and safety. Please notify staff immediately of any emergency or safety concern.
  • Third-Party Services: Relax Inn Natural Bridge may offer information about third-party services or local attractions, but is not responsible for the service quality or safety provided by external entities.

7. Reservation of Rights

  • Policy Changes: Relax Inn Natural Bridge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary to comply with legal and operational requirements. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.
  • Termination of Stay: The hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or engages in disruptive or unlawful behavior. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
